Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
Pursuant to 31 C. F. R Section 10.7(c)(1)(vii) of IRS Regulations, Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is authorized to represent American citizens living abroad in a wide variety tax matters before the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. David Allen, JD, Esq is admitted to practice before the United States Internal Revenue Service and is likewise permitted to represent American taxpayers in a wide variety tax matters before the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Dr. Geissler is a representative for the prosecution of claims, redeterminations, reconsiderations, hearings and appeals before the Social Security Administration pursuant to applicable federal law.
